Kendrick is a local of Fort Walton Beach, FL and is the youngest early education owner in the panhandle.  Kendrick has received an associate in arts with classes that specialize in psychology, human development, educational psychology, early literacy, and behavior management.  He is continuing his education by pursuing a Bachelors in Eary Education. Kendrick currently serves on the Early Learning Coalition Program Committee, Okaloosa County Health Improvement Partnership (OCHIP) Healthy Children, and various other community boards and committees.  ​He holds a Student Mental Health Certification from the IBCCES and a National Administrator Credential from the NECPA which is awarded for mastery of childcare administration skills. ​​His professional interests include behavioral disorders, early literacy development, and social skill development. 

Kendrick has an open-door policy and encourages honest feedback from all families. As an on-site owner, Kendrick is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations and is continuously stiving to improve our services.

Elizabeth is an experienced preschool teacher focusing on language and cognitive skill development.  

Elizabeth has received her Associates in Science: Early Childhood Education from Southwest Technical College in Wisconsin. Her studies focused on whole child development and leadership skills in the classroom environment. She is continuing her education by pursuing a bachelor's in early childhood education. Elizabeth also holds her Florida Directors Credential.  

Elizabeth fills an important role in the center as our Director. She is responsible for directly overseeing our faculty and center operations.  Elizabeth is a great contact for family involvement, questions about student progress, or connecting with other resources. Her professional interests include social-emotional skill development, literacy and phonological awareness, and creative arts as an instructional method.

Faculty and Staff

Our early intervention teachers are credentialed in their assigned age groups. Our private instruction services are rendered by a credentialed teacher. All of our paraprofessional teachers are credentialed for their age group and undergo an intensive professional development program. All of our paraprofessional staff are directly supervised by a credentialed educator.
